Good Day Shippers,

With changes to process of raising and lodging of export shipments with Australian Customs over the past few years, Zentner Shipping have made the decision to amend how we charge shippers for processing cargo for export. 

This charge is referred to as our documentation fees.

The current documentation fee of $25 will be reduced to $10, and will be applied to any cargo that doesn’t not require raising of an Export Declaration Number (EDN).

However the fee will now apply to all deliveries, not per supplier as previous.

For cargo that requires an EDN to be raised (including prescribed warehouse goods and cargo valued over $1,999), a separate additional fee of $40 will be charged per EDN per delivery.

Please note that personal effects are exempt from EDN requirements.

These amends fees will begin from voyage BK2301.

At this stage FCL documentation fees will not be affected.
