ASCL Michele re-entered the port this morning to commence the second day of cargo discharge, however the swell conditions deteriorated and it became unsafe to work the ship and she was sent back to sea.
With no Marine Pilot available over the weekend, the ship has been sent to Singapore, 45 containers were discharged on Thursday and 47 remain on board.  The ASCL Michele will call southbound at Christmas Island to complete discharging on 22 December all going well.
