Please find attached a letter from ASC Liner Services concerning the ongoing delays the vessel, ASC Lotti, is experiencing berthing at Fremantle.

These delays are not only affecting our sailing schedule but are also increasing ASC Liner Services’ costs, including time charter, bunkers, stevedoring, and other related port expenses.

Currently, ASC Liner Services is monitoring the situation and has indicated that if these delays persist, they may need to introduce a “Fremantle Port Congestion Surcharge” to ensure the viability of the service.
