We have received notification from our LCL agent on Christmas Island, Acker Pty Ltd, that due to increased operating costs, they have had to review their operating procedures and concluded that they can no longer offer a delivery service for all LCL goods on Christmas Island.
Taking effect from voyage AL2502, Acker will no longer be delivering LCL goods on island.
The LCL service to Christmas Island will now be purely a depot-to-depot service.
Shippers must arrange with Acker on island to collect their goods from Acker’s depot on Christmas Island.
The base LCL rate for shipping goods to Christmas Island will remain unchanged.
